Quick photo of one of Rochelle’s favorite foods that she now has me hooked on; Poor Man’s Goulash. It’s a mixture of shell noodles, ring bologna, mushrooms, tomato juice and a little bit of sugar. I had never heard of it before she moved it but it’s a pretty common sight in our fridge as a pot is made just about weekly around here.
