Born 11/30/2011 at 5:35am. He was 8lbs 12oz and 21.5″ long.

Thank you for everyone that has supported me along the way and thanks in advance to everyone that will support me in the future. Sorry to those of you that are just learning about this. I battled quite a bit with how I spread the news about this for the last few months and those decisions are in the past (whether they were correct or not).

So my last post was almost a month ago now stating that I really wanted to utilize this blog more and actually update it. Didn’t happen. Again. Why can’t I get this blog thing down? But for some odd reason, you guys are still here. I am never really sure why people come back here to read since there are rarely new posts but anyways… thanks for reading. Maybe this time I won’t vow to update more often and see how it goes.

• Met with a psychologist – Wanted to get some help with attention issues regarding the work environment and relationship issues (possibly related). Was ordered to take some ADHD testing later on.

1/12 – 1/16

• Dan and Dave gone on cruise – Work was quite busy with a manager and developer gone for a week. Answered more phone calls than I’d really like to but all and all… not a bad week.

• Our first UAD event of 2009 – We went to a Ultimate Air Dogs event at the Macomb Mall in Roseville today. It was a bit weird for me since the mall is like 2 seconds from Steph’s parents but didn’t see any of her family so its all good. Not that I think it would be bad but probably just a bit weird. It was good to see the UAD family again! Can’t wait for more events in 2009. 2008 kind of sucked UAD event-wise…

• Falon passed her field support test for the K-9 One search and rescue group as well as Mason passing his Level 1 test. Congrats to both of them! I am thinking about applying as an associate member since I go to most of the events anyway.

• We looked at a SWEET house in Allendale that we later put a deposit on. We are now trying to find someone that wants to lease our house as we have to sign the lease on March 1st in order to get it. More on this later.

• Day 1 of ADHD Testing – I met with a lady to do some ADHD testing. While I had previously joked about having it, its starting to affect things in life and wanted to see if there was something that could be done.

• GVSU Photography Club’s (blog) first meeting – A friend of a friend (Ellen) decided to start a photography club here at GV. Most of the members are freshmen or sophomores but oh well. We all like photography so why not join?

• Day 2 of ADHD Testing – Took a 22 minute test where all I did was stare at a monitor with a blinking box. Probably will be diagnosed for sure… that was hard to concentrate after awhile.

• Got results of the said ADHD testing from 1/21 and 1/23 – It’s official, I was diagnosed with ADHD. Not that it should come as much of a shock but… now I have a diagnosis to prove it. More on this later…

• IM Annual Trip to Craig’s Cruisers – We all went and had a blast as usual. A few people couldn’t make it but that didn’t slow the rest of us down one bit! Photos later.

• My 4 year anniversary at GV – I can’t believe that I have been full time for FOUR years already.

And I think that brings us to now. I am sure that I missed things along the way but that’s ok. I can’t talk about everything… Or can I?

but now its on. i’m really doin’ it in 2009. and…. go!
